At WithEase, we always make sure our clients are happy with the work we do. Listen to what one of our Estate clients had to say about her experience with us.

Freda is an international student from Ghana that wants to start a food company specializing in the Indian Almond. She is a student at Arizona State University and is currently working towards her master's degree in Global Logistics. It was an awesome experience to help her out and pay it forward.
This is the second episode in our community service series with the Phoenix Dream Center. Today, we met our mentee, Loren. Loren served in the United States Marines, going on tour to Afghanistan for over a year. He is excited to learn about reselling and we're even more excited to be teaching him!

Today we hired our third employee, Alicia! She will be helping out around the warehouse and be making videos for us. Then, we visited my buddy Chaz to make a few more custom wallets out of some cowboy boots.

Yesterday I hit up an estate sale and cleaned it out. I bought a bunch of great items and paid very little for it. The best find was definitely the Elto motor which we expect to sell for at least $500. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

We had to go back up to Prescott to pick up the stuff we left behind and buy more! We got some more good finds and had a great day.

Tyler Braun, our COO at WithEase, has developed a method to quickly calculate your real margin when sourcing inventory to resell. He has simplified it to the point that anyone can do it in ten seconds or less with a little practice.

I have several streams of income and they are all related to each other. I do this to maximize my income and make the most of my time.

We decided to drive up to Prescott this morning to hit some yard sales. We got a few great items and had a blast doing it!

Ty went up north this morning so T-Braun and I (Henry) decided to do some sourcing locally. We hit up two sales and came away with a massive haul. We will be doing more of these videos in the future.

I have been selling on eBay full-time for over a year now and I want to share some of the knowledge I have gained along the way. My company, WithEase, has grown to the point that it regularly does over $1000 a day on eBay. If you have any additional questions please feel free to leave a comment!

We ship dozens of items per week so we have to make sure we are saving money and ensuring our items get to the buyer in good condition. Today, our COO, Tyler Braun, shows us how he packs certain items to get the best possible deal.

What you've all been waiting for... a warehouse tour! We have been in this warehouse for a little less than six months and we have almost outgrown it already. With so much space, we have been able to rapidly expand our inventory.

We came up with the idea to make custom wallets out of old shoes so we had a prototype made and today, we went to pitch the idea to Savers. Savers is heavily involved in recycling old shoes so we think this would be a great use for the single shoes they are forced to throw away.

Ty likes to think long term whenever making decisions and he thinks you should too if you want to be successful.

...To take a step forward. -Gary Vaynerchuck At the time when I did this, it sucked. But, it was a necessary step to getting to where I wanted to go. I would not be in this warehouse right now I if hadn't moved back in with my Mom so it was totally worth it. I hope some of you can find inspiration in this story and go do it yourselves.

Ty discusses two ways to invest in new projects for your business. You can either go all in on one or two or you can spread out and try several. Amazon does the latter and it has enabled them to pioneer the e-commerce industry.

These are some of the things I did to grow my business as fast as possible. There are three main areas I have broken this into and I think they will help you in forming your own habits and rules. I hope everyone is doing well and I will see you tomorrow!

Ty has been a reseller for over a year now and in that time he has grown his store 10X. Today he shares some of what he has learned in that time.

A lot of people want to get into entrepreneurship but don't know where to start. There are many avenues you can take and Ty breaks some of those down for us.

We at WithEase are incredibly grateful for the opportunities and successes we have had in our lives. So, we have decided to do a community service in which we take a candidate and teach them about entrepreneurship and being your own boss.
